    Hello, I have installed a sitefinity license on my site, but I would like to know how to verify that sitefinity is recognizing it.

    Is there a way to do this?
    Thanks.

    Hi Steve,

    First- you should not get any trial messages clicking on website links. Second in the meta generator section you should see Sitefinity version and generated keys for this domain after the colon.

    Example: Sitefinity 3.6.1870.2:1

    All the best,

    Thanks for your reply.  The "content" attribute looks like this on a rendered page:
    content="Sitefinity 3.5.1747.2:1"

    To me, it looks correct from what you're saying - however we are still getting trial pages.

    For the license, we have the "License key domain" set to "www.mydomain".com, and not "mydomain.com".  Should we remove the "www" or should it just work?

    Thanks!

    Hi Steve,

    www.mydomain.com is a subdomain of mydomain.com. However, please open a support ticket and point us to this forum post. Then, we will check your license file and domain name.
