    Hi Steve,

Since we are unaware of what might be causing this issue, would you please to provide us with more details on what steps you have gone through to observe this behavior?

You could open a support ticket and send us valid credentials and a link to your web site that we can use to login to the backend of your site and investigate the problem.

    Thank you in advance.

Yeah last ticket I put in you guys just said not supported auth :p

Doesn't matter what the problem IS...it shouldn't perpetually try to connect every 1/2 second over and over and over again forever.

Streak breaker then update the UI that it's failing

    Hi Steve,

You are right about the credentials. I managed to find them in one of the previous tickets,
excuse me for that. I've tried to login to the backend of the site and right now I experience
the same behavior as your video shows. You can check out this video showing my attempt
with Internet Explorer. Other browsers directly detect the cyclic redirect.

As far as your remark is concerned, it is true that there should be a set number of retries.
This thing will be taken into consideration and resolved in future.
Thank you for the provided feedback!
