    Hi,

I'd like to suggest a tweak to the page manager GUI in sitefinity (under "Pages" -> "Site Map" when logged into sitefinity).

When the hierarchy of a site becomes deep (2+ levels), it becomes cumbersome to have to scroll horizontally to use the page tree on the left. It would be great if we were able to drag the separator on the interface which is between the page tree and the content on the right. I would say the RadSplitter would probably be a perfect fit for this need? It would also allow us to collapse the left menu when needed.

I find on a large res (1920x 1200, or even 1280x1024) that there is ample space to increase the left menu width, but the functionality isn't there. I realize I could hack the sitefinity css files to accomplish a wider left panel, but a splitter functionality would be so much better.

Just a suggestion to improve the UI.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Hello Kevin Pipher,
Thanks for your suggestion. We have thought about this before and we'll  consider it again for some of our future releases.

    Hi
Is there anything new about this issue. Because it is hell to work deeper than 2 + levels in Sitemap without a Splitter. This point we lose order. Second-time buyers can not live with such poor sitemap navigation. It is strange that Sitefinity not using Teleriks own Splitter. I hope at least it comes in version 4.

    Regards,
    Bo

    Hi Godthaab,

We think that is a serious issue. As you know, we are currently working on the next Sitefinity major release. We have already taken into consideration that problem and we have come with a reasonable solution that will be available in 4.0.

Thanks for reminding us this issue. Your feedback is highly appreciated.
