    Hi,

I don't know if this already exists but if not, I would like to make another suggestion to better streamline the help resources.

I know that you have blog posts, the help files and the forums which describe how to do something on a particular task but for anyone new to Sitefinity, it may not cover the full spectrum of the job at hand.

What I would like to propose is a Wiki system instead whereby every element of Sitefinity is covered.

For example, how to map a control is a thread I have seen many questions on.

I think having a wiki system would be far easier when many more people (the Sitefinity community) are involved. That way we can build on a particular step by step process. The Sitefinity team can then moderate the accuracy of the steps.

    Thanks,
    James

    Hello James@Nw,

Thank you fro contacting Telerik Support, and for sharing with us your feedback. We really appreciate your idea, however the overhead in managing user-generated articles is much more than providing them form Sitefinity team members and replying customers via our ticketing system. Please note that besides forums and blogs that you listed our Community&Support resources include:

    Kind regards,
