  I am looking through the installation and developer's guides for how to deploy a solution from the test (sitefinity native) server to the production webserver, and cannot find it.  Would you please guide me to the info?

  Here is the URL from where you can access all the latest documentation on Sitefinity 4.1 including the developer`s documentation  and here is the article that shows how to make a deployment.
