I may suggest that you create the necessary
Sitefinty virtual directory manually. Follow the next instructions:
1. Open Internet Information Server and right click on
telerik virtual directory;
2. Select New -> New Virtual Directory and follow the steps offered by Virtual Directory Creation Wizard. I suggest you name your virtual directory "Sitefinity 2.5". It must point to the place where
Sitefinity 2.5 is installed. By default this is: C:\Program Files\telerik\Sitefinity2.5.
3. Set Project Manager folder as web application folder - right click on Project Manager folder then select Properties option. Click on create button in Virtual Directory tab.
4. And finally, you should set the directory security. Go to Directory Security tab - right click on Project Manager folder and select Properties option. Then select Directory Security tab. Click on Edit button and uncheck "Anonymous Access" and select "Integrated Windows authentication" check box.
