History View

This might have been mentioned before as it seems pretty obvious to me. Also, there may simply be something I am overlooking. Is there an easy way to see the values of a history page (similar to the View screen of the current data)? I could see this being very beneficial before committing to a rollback.

    Hello Joel,

This functionality is implemented in Sitefinity 3.x. It is not available in 2.x versions.

My apology, this was actually meant for the 3.x forum :). I must be missing something on my end ~ We have been developing in the 3.2 Sitefinity version for some time, not the 3.5 version. In 3.5 (news module) I did see the view history details link, it does not appear to be in 3.2 version however. I am glad to see this implemented... I am fairly certain Sitefinity has a time machine stored in its basement it uses to implement features before they are requested.

    I digress.

    Hello Joel,

I remember that for some reason the "View History" link was not visible all the times in Sitefinity 3.2. In 3.5 there is no such problem anymore.

    Best wishes,
