  Hi Guys,
  
  We're not sure what is causing this and it seems intermittent.
  
  Our client is running Sitefinity 3 SP4 and at times, when they try and edit content, especially when they go into the templates to make changes to their footer, the Generic Content control go missing.
  
  When she's had this problem and I remote into her machine, the problem no longer exists.
  
  Is there anything that you can think of that causes this?
  
  She is using the following: 
  
  1. Windows 7
  2. Internet Explorer 8

  Try to isolate the issue to the browser or some tool that she has installed. Since the content is visible for you there is something on the client.

  Hi Ivan,
  
  I went down that route at first but then when she opened that site on a colleague's machine it did the same thing. It's intermittent and therefore difficult to isolate.
  
  At the moment it seems to be running fine, my only concern is that this will happen again and even then, when I remote into her machine, the content  goes missing.
  
  Anything else it may be?
