  Hi,
  I have a big problem, i have two applications (www.xxxx.org/Portal and www.xxxx.org/yyy). When i pass my Portal to the rooth (www.xxxx.org), with a isolate AppPool for him, the other applications i have with another AppPools start to crash. is there some proceding in deployment on iis 6 server 2003 that i miss??

  Check whether there is a application inheritance. Could you elaborate some more on "another AppPools start to crash"
