I saw your job oppertunity description in this Sitefinity forum. I don't know if you are looking only for a developer in the Southwestern Pennsylvania region, but if working with local companies only is not such a hard condition, then I want to introduce Milestre.
Milestre is a dutch software development company, generally experienced in development of ASP.NET websites with Sitefinity as CMS and usage of Telerik controls. We didn't use the MVC framework yet, but I don't see that as a big issue.
