Sitefinity Expert Needed to Rescue Site

We are currently in the process of developing a new site with Sitefinity 3.6.

The developers on the project have unfortunately fallen a little short in the details, and particularly with what I consider obvious look and feel issues (proper padding, things just don't look correct, error messages that don't make sense, buttons that appear in odd places).  Overall creative design is fine (we used a firm for that), but the actual coding of specific parts of the application leave a lot to be desired.  However, I'm pretty sure that the architecture of the template could use a little more intelligence in how it was implemented from the HTML/CSS I provided..

I'm looking for a developer (or group) to take the project over, polish it up (not that much customization has been done) and do some further development.  At the moment, I can see someone who knows what they are doing spending about 1-2 weeks getting this launched and then we can discuss further work.  Priority is on getting this to launch ASAP.

I'm looking for a true expert in Sitefinity architecture, CMS use and ASP.NET C# for the development of custom controls.

If you are available and can help, please let me know.  We can pay you or barter for some free travel.
