Hi,
I wanted to know what is the needed right to set the website home page.
Modify ? Change property ?
And must the user only have the right to change the new home page, or both the new and the current one as well ?
Thank you,
Olivier

Hello Olivier,
The user should have Change Properties permission over a
page to set it as a home page.

Hi Ivan,
Thank you for your quick answer.
Just a idea: maybe it would be better if the user needed the Change property right over the page and over the current home page, which is no longer going to be the home page, if there's one.
Regards,
Olivier

Hello Olivier,
We also check this.
1. User can change the current home page
2. The user can change properties.
but if the user can change page properties than he/she can change the home page unless you explicitly deny
change page properties for the current home page for a role.
All the best,
