Setting user permission

    ver: 3.6.1936.2:1;
    I created a role which has CMS access allowed, and all other permissions denied. Any user belonging to this role should atleast be allowed to log into CMS, correct?
    I have the same scenario working on 3.7 though!!
    Please advise.

    Hi Richa,

    There is no such bug in 3.x versions. Make sure that the user you use does not belong to two roles and does not have deny permissions in none of them. Deny has higher priority than Allow.

    Hi Richa,

    Could you give us administrative credentials to the website shown on your video?

    Hello Richa,

    Open Bug report and send the credentials there. We will get them from there and keep the discussion here. Note that we need credentials for an user that belongs to "administrators" role.  We cannot reproduce this issue with the same version you are referring.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Richa,

    The problem has been fixed. Please go to Administration >> Permissions tab and set CmsAccess for Users role to Allow. Currently the role "users" does not have any permissions, so you need to grant the CmsAccess.

    Sincerely yours,
