  Hi,

  Currently I have Sitefinity 3.5 SP1 on my machine.  It's there from last 2 year as I need to give support for my existing customers.  We are planning to propose Sitefinity 3.7 for one of our new customer.  Before that we want to evaluate it to check the VS 2010 compatibility. 

   

  Can I install and use Sitefinty 3.7 without any issues on existing 3.5 SP1 version?

  Hi Rama Krishna,
  
  1.If you install the project manager it will create a new application in your existing Sitefinity folder and there will not be interaction between the projects.
   
  2. You can use Blank Project  instead of the project manager. There are not any functional differences.

  Is the answer still 'Yes' that you can have two different versions running on the same IIS server in a production environment?

  Hello Josh Bender,
  
  You can run two different versions of Sitefinity under the same IIS. If you use the ProjectManager, it will create different virtual directories for each version. Then you can map each directory to the desired host.
