Upgrading from SP3 .net 3.5 to SP4 .net4.0

    Is there any guide lines on upgrading from Version 3.7 SP3 3.5 framework to SP4 4.0 framework?  Not having much luck here.    Trying to run it from with Visual Studio.  I get "This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.  " 

    Not sure which directions to look.  How do I get the VS2010 to use the 4.0 framework for this site when in debug mode?

    Also getting this.

    Hello David Pearson,

    When you migrate your website to SP4 .NET 4 you need to apply the patch that is provided in your downloads section. Please check the attached screenshot.
