    Hi,

    I don't know if this already exists but if not, I would like to make another suggestion to better streamline the help resources.

    I know that you have blog posts, the help files and the forums which describe how to do something on a particular task but for anyone new to Sitefinity, it may not cover the full spectrum of the job at hand.

    What I would like to propose is a Wiki system instead whereby every element of Sitefinity is covered.

    For example, how to map a control is a thread I have seen many questions on.

    I think having a wiki system would be far easier when many more people (the Sitefinity community) are involved. That way we can build on a particular step by step process. The Sitefinity team can then moderate the accuracy of the steps.

We really appreciate your idea, however the overhead in managing user-generated articles is much more than providing them form Sitefinity team members and replying customers via our ticketing system.
