  Hi,
  
  with help of this tutorial http://www.sitefinity.com/40/help/developers-guide/how-to-how-to-create-a-newsrotator-control-creating-the-newsrotator-as-a-user-control.html I create the NewsRotator as a user control.
  Now I find some hints about give it an own style - just using the VSB.
  This works fine and I've now an archive with some graphics and images - but how can I use this for my custom control?
  Maybe there's also a tutorial for somewhere?

  Hello,
  
  The style builder works only with RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and ASP.NET MVC package. For all other controls you need to follow standard ASP.NET practices for styling your controls.
