How does it work?

To request Express Remote Assistance, submit a ticket providing information about your project, deployment and the issue you are experiencing. One of Sitefinity’s senior engineers will contact you to schedule a meeting at an appropriate for you time and will send you a GoToMeeting or WebEx invitation. It is important that a person who is directly involved in the project implementation process at your organization takes part in the meeting.

During the meeting you can choose to give our engineers remote desktop credentials to log in and debug the issue, or you can keep control of your machine and our consultants will provide detailed guidance on how to resolve the problem.

How much does it cost?

To avail of the service, you need to purchase remote assistance credits. The minimum purchase amount is 1 credit for $399, which covers 2 hours of remote assistance support. The minimum time slot which can be scheduled for an online meeting is 2 hours.
