Referencing the Sitefinity SDK
To use Sitefinity SDK you must be familiar with the assemblies that it installs and how to reference them.
Referencing Sitefinity assemblies
The Sitefinity assemblies are located in folder SDK\Content\Common\Dependencies inside the installation folder of Sitefinity.
To add a Sitefinity assembly reference to your project, perform the following:

From the context menu of the project, click Add Reference...

In the Add Reference dialog box, select Browse.

In the Look in field, navigate to folder SDK\Content\Common\Dependencies inside Sitefinity installation folder.

Select the assemblies you want to reference.

Click OK.
TIP: You can select multiple assemblies by holding down the CTRL key.
Referencing Silverlight assemblies
Telerik RadControls for Silverlight are shipped with Sitefinity. The Silverlight assemblies for Telerik RadControls are located in folder SDK\Content\Common\Dependencies\Silverlight inside the installation folder of Sitefinity.
To add a Silverlight assembly reference to your project, perform the following:

From the context menu of the project, click Add Reference...

In the Add Reference dialog box, select Browse.

In the Look in field, navigate to folder SDK\Content\Common\Dependencies\Silverlight inside Sitefinity installation folder.

Select the assemblies you want to reference.

Click OK.
TIP: You can select multiple assemblies by holding down the CTRL key.
IMPORTANT: The RadControls shipped with Sitefinity can be used only within the context of the Sitefinity application. You will get a trial message, if you use them in another application.
