Editing a department

  1. Go to the Departments page and open the department for editing in one of the following ways:
    • Click the department.
    • Click the Actions link of the department you want to edit and from the dropdown list, click Edit.
    • The Edit a department page appears.
  2. Perform procedure Creating a new department » Step 4 to Step 8.
  3. When you are finished, click Save.

Deleting a department

You can delete a department in the following ways:
  • On the Departments page, select one or more departments, you want to delete, and in the toolbar, click Delete.
  • On the Departments page, click the Actions link of the respective department.
    From the dropdown list, click Delete.

A dialog box appears where you must confirm the deletion.
