Creating product attributes
Product attributes are additional characteristics of a product. For example product attributes can be size and color. You first create the attribute, such as size. Then, you create values for this attribute. For example, for size, you can create values S, M, L, and XL. Finally to associate a product with its attributes, you must go to
Products page and
create product variations.
You manage product attributes on the Attributes page.
To open the Attributes page, in the main menu in the upper part of the screen, click Ecommerce » Attributes.
The Attributes page appears, displaying a list of all created product attributes together with actions you can perform on them.
Use this page to create, edit, and manage different attributes.
When you open an attribute you can view all values of this attribute.
- To open the page with the attribute’s values, on Attributes page, click the attribute whose values you want to view.
A page displaying all possible values of the selected attribute appears.
- To navigate back to Attributes page, click All attributes link in the upper-left part of the page.
