Creating a value

1. On Attributes page click the attribute for which you want to create values.
   • If you have not created any values, the system displays the following in the center of the screen:

     

   • If you have already created one or more values, the system displays a list all created values and the following button in the toolbar of the page:

     

2. Click Create a value.
   The Create a value page appears.
3. In Value, enter the name of the attribute.
   For example, for attribute size, you can enter S or XL.
4. If you need to enter a description for the value, click Description and enter a description using the text editor.
   For more information about working with the text editor, see The text editor.
5. To make the value available for choosing, select This value is active checkbox.
6. In the Advanced section, you can change the automatically generated name for developers by clicking Change and entering the new name in the input field that appears.
   This is the name of the value that is used by developers to refer to it in the code.
7. Click Create a value.
