To create the layout template for the home page, perform the following:

1. Go to Sitefinity’s backend (http://<yoursite>/sitefinity). 
2. In the main menu, click Pages. 
3. Click Create a page. 
4. In the Name input field enter Home. 
5. In the Template section, click Select another Template. 
6. From the list, select Telerik Hospital. 
   
7. Click Done » Create and go to add content. 
   
8. In the upper right corner, click Layout. 
9. From the right menu drag the 50%+50% layout element and drop it in the Main area. 
10. From the right menu drag the 50%+50% layout element and drop it in the Main area under the layout element that you have dropped in Step 9. 
11. From the right menu drag the 50%+50% layout element and drop it in the Main area under the layout element that you have dropped in Step 9. 
12. From the right menu drag the 50%+50% layout element and drop it in the Main area under the layout element that you have dropped in Step 10. 
13. From the right menu drag the 33%+67% layout element and drop it in the left column of the layout element that you have dropped in step 11.
