Configuring the password recovery link

Use this procedure, in case the Forgot your password? link on the login page is not working.
  1. Make sure you have configured your SMTP settings.
    For more information, see Configuring SMTP setting.
  2. In the main menu, click Administration » Settings.
    The Basic Settings page appears.
  3. Click Advanced link.
    The Settings page appears.
  4. Expand Security » Membership Providers » Default » Parameters node in the left of the page.
