Creating or uploading a custom template
If the predefined templates of Sitefinity do not suit your design, you can create a custom template using Sitefinity or you can upload an already created template and use it.
Creating a custom template
If the predefined templates do not suit your style, you can create a new template.
- In the main menu, click Design » Page Templates.
A list of existing templates appears.
- Click Create a template button in the toolbar.
The Create a template page appears.
- In Name input field, enter a name for the new template,
- In Template radio button group, select one of the following:
- Use template
Select this, if you want to create a template based on an existing template.
- Don’t use template
Select this, if you want to start from scratch.

Uploading a custom template
If you have a ready template, which you want to apply to a page, you can upload it and use it.
