Searching for forms

To search for a particular form, use the search option.

1. Click the Search… button in the toolbar.
   A search field opens.
2. Enter the name or part of the name of the form you are searching for.
   The search field is case insensitive.
3. Click Search.
   A list of results matching your search appears.
   To return to the list of all items, click Close search button in the toolbar.

Filtering forms

To display forms, created only by your user, in the right side of the Forms page, click My Forms link under Filter forms.

You can also filter forms by status.
