Why should your Sitefinity website be detached from your Salesforce eco-system? Falafel Software integrates Salesforce and Sitefinity to allow updates to be shared instantly, avoiding time-consuming, error-prone manual business processes which are often the result of disconnected systems with duplicated customer information.

Falafel Software has enabled Sitefinity websites to make decisions based on Salesforce information and save/display information in real time including:

  • Check the status of an account before allowing visitors to register
  • Display customer balance or invoice details when logged in
  • Workflows enforce processes, assign tasks, and send emails to clients
  • Display credit limit and payment terms
  • Leads are processed in a timely manner and sent to the appropriate reps
  • Publishes user, product, and various custom objects to Sitefinity
  • Integrated billing and subscriber data

Contact Falafel Software so you can focus on building stronger, longer-lasting relationships by leveraging Salesforce and Sitefinity together!

This doesn't seem to exist on falafel's website, maybe you should remove it from the marketplace

Why Kris :) We are a consulting company and this is a very custom integration, as we mentioned here on the marketplace, please contact us and we will discuss what it takes to integrate Salesforce into Sitefinity.  If you are looking for a product or a download that will do this magically for you, unfortunately that does not exist and if you find one, I recommend to be very careful as that is not something that you can believe about Salesforce integrations.  We added this to the marketplace as customers needed to know that this type of integration exists as we have done it for several companies.  Unfortunately the button that the Sitefinity Marketplace provides says "Download from Publisher" although most of the Products available in this category have noting to download.  Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Lino,

Have you integrated the new 4.x eMail Module with Salesforce before?  One of our clients uses another e-mail tool which displays the eNewsletters sent to a Prospect and the number of times they've opened the newsletters within the Salesforce prospect details screen.  Have you come across this before?

    Best regards,

    James.
