This controls creates Auto Related  Links regarding to current page (which is being visited by visitor at that moment) metadata. It uses Sitefinity search approach and extends it. Please read "Read me" file in zip file for more information.

    i don't think that Jannuzi Smith will be creating 4.0 compatible version of this anytime soon. But If you need help to convert it by yourself , i can help you
