The default functionality provided by the Sitefinity folks goes a long way but what's the use of advertising events if you can't provide a customized registration form?

The events module form builder extends the functionality provided by Sitefinity to allow users to create their own customized mail forms. This functionality was adapted from another control, the form builder, that I have created to allow users to add forms throughout their content pages.

The base functionality allows you to add combo boxes, text boxes, labels, check boxes, radio buttons and text areas but it is very easy to add more control types. Once the form is created it will send the completed form to the specified email address using the default mail settings in your config file.

    Hi

    You mentioned
"This functionality was adapted from another control, the form builder, that I have created to allow users to add forms throughout their content pages."

Is this available to download as well?
    thanks

    Hello

It works fine to build a form in admin.

But the problem is when I do step 4 * and then click on a single event, I get an error message. The error message I get is:
Could not resolve type for tag "fb: Form Builder". Make sure the proper namespace is registered.

Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

    (I use sitefinity 3.7 SP1)

    * When adding a new Event Viewer control to your content point the "SingleItemTemplatePath" property on the "Advanced" tab under the "Appearance" to the new template located at ~ \ Sitefinity \ ControlTemplates \ Events \ ContentViewSingleItemView.ascx

    I am using SF v3.7 SP3.
All works fine for me except:
    1)  The buttons for moving an item up or down or deleting it appear as broken images.
    2)  I get a scripting error when entering edit mode on an event now:
    Line: 521
Error: 'xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName(...).0' is null or not an object

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

note:  the debugger specifically is pointing to:
    sFormIdentifier = xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName("FormProperties")[0].getAttribute("ID")
