How to import the theme and the exemplary site that comes with it? - Copy and unarchive the downloaded .zip file (Community.zip) to your Sitefinity project manager templates folder. That folder would most probably be C:\Program Files\telerik\Sitefinity(X.X)\ProjectManager\Templates.
- Open Sitefinity Project Manager (http://localhost/telerik/Sitefinity(X.X)). The downloaded project will be available in the "Select a template" screen.
