The Sitefinity-powered IKEA Turkey Website Wins a Prestigious Web Award

The Turkish website of the world's largest furniture retailer was recognized with a “People’s Choice Award” at the 8th edition of the prestigious Altın Orumcek (Golden Spider) Web Awards. The Altın Orumcek (Golden Spider) Web Awards are the premier internet & web awards in Turkey. Now in their 8th year, the event is honoring Turkish websites for their outstanding design and usability.

The IKEA website (www.ikea.com.tr) became first in the Retailing and Merchandising Category after a public voting. The project was developed by Sitefinity-certified partner ISection Internet Services. “We chose to go with Sitefinity based on its superior CMS functionality, swift support system and excellent turn-around times.
