The Challenge
Nanuk Asset Management is a specialist investment manager based in Sydney, Australia. Nanuk’s broad interest is in sustainability, with an initial focus on clean energy investments in global listed companies.
As a newly formed company Nanuk’s previous site consisted of only a simple landing page. While Nanuk is a clean energy fund, the company wanted to avoid ‘wind turbine’ and ‘solar panel’ clichés.
A Nanuk-owned painting was to be used as inspiration, which the Nanuk corporate identity is built around. The existing logo was to be used, with sepia tones.
The initial site was to be simple with five or so pages, with no image royalties. However, the ability to build on more complex capabilities such as secure logins was important. The site was to be administered by non-technical staff.
Nanuk looked to Tango Technology for guidance in deciding on how the site should be implemented, which CMS to use, and what capabilities might be achieved.

The Solution
