Having an effective website that is able to attract both employer and candidate is critical to their success. Squires Resources had a website that was built on Flash Technology and was not searchable by major search engines like Google. This was a limiting factor as candidates perform online searches for new career opportunities – Squires Resources and the job postings need to be found.

The Results
The solution that pavliks.com proposed and implemented based on Sitefinity has allowed the desired content to be indexed by the major search engines. Coming from a Flash Environment, Squires Resources was able to see positive results to their rankings. Another benefit of the new website was that with Sitefinity it could now provide full browsing support for the growing number of mobile devices utilized by the company’s target audience.
Although not their primary goal, Squires Resources also wanted to be able to update the content on their site. In their previous version, they had a third party provide content updates which they found to be an inconvenience. Although the editing tools in Sitefinity are easy to use and function similarly to Microsoft Word, pavliks.com provided training to ensure content managers were comfortable with making updates and publishing them to the website.
