ServiceFrame is a specialist technology service provider based in Dublin that provides innovative solutions to worldwide markets. Offering an intuitive sourcing management tool, it was imperative their website positioned them as thought leaders in a vendor sourcing context. Regularly attending conferences, events and trade shows, they needed to be able to update product information online - easily and effectively.
With any new technology, using the Internet and your own site in particular to launch news and generate interest is vital. With a layered marketing message to communicate, ServiceFrame needed new ways to get through to existing customers, educating them and informing them as they went. Communicating with their target audience needed to be easy to manage and ultimately result in an increased profile and future sales.

In terms of features, we matched project requirements with functionality from Sitefinity. Using a demo video on the site enabled the client to show the usability of their own software in an easy and immediate manner. Using instructive rich media like this ensured existing customers did not need to contact customer support needlessly and new customers could see the product in action – moving them closer to a sale.
The design and development of a newsletter template ensured ServiceFrame had an easy and manageable method to communicate directly with their clients and prospects. Internal users simply loaded their content in to the relevant fields maintaining customer contact as required through electronic newsletter distribution.
To facilitate the successful running of a newsletter project, it was imperative subscribers were invited. Using the Sitefinity platform, we added newsletter and demo sign up forms, allowing the client to manage distribution lists and monitor usage and requests for product trials and demonstrations.
The Sitefinity interface is known for being easy to use and the ability to categorise news and events as required further increased internal management for our client.
The Results
ServiceFrame’s success speaks for itself. Launching an innovative solution solving an organisational issue, required a solid web presence and an infrastructure to communicate their message easily and effectively.
They can now connect directly with their customers on a regular basis through their site and newsletter. In a rapidly developing product environment, their customers can keep up with product developments and upgrades quickly and efficiently. From our perspective at Arekibo, using the Sitefinity platform ensured we did not have to work out a CMS application from the beginning and this reduced our overall development time. Our team of two developers started and completed this project in less than three months.
