I did a search and didn't see any information about this, but I also didn't see any requests so if this isn't already included or being worked on, could we possibly get a feature added to the content view to rate an item from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 or something similar?

We have already included this feature in our ToDo list and it will be available in one of the forthcoming releases.
