How can I figure out what version of Sitefinity my project is running on since some of my projects take upwards of six months to complete and multiple versions of Sitefinity (including patches) are released during this period.

Check the file version number of Telerik.CMS...  From there you will have to check the client downloads site to compare the file version to "nice name" version.

3.2.1526 -> Version 3.2 SP2
3.2.1616 > Versuib 3,2 SP2 Hotfix one

Hi medicalwebgeek,

You can check the version of the Telerik.Cms.dll in the project ~/bin folder.
Alternatively, you can view one of the web site pages. In the HTML source, check the content attribute of meta tag with name Generator. For example:

<meta name="Generator" content="Sitefinity 3.2.1616.2:0" />
