Hi,

Had a request to create a "Table of Contents" control that can be used at the top of the page that displays a anchor links list of all the heading elements in a certain content container eg #column2.

I could do this using  javascript such as jquery but I was wondering if it would be better to build server-side functionality for this? If so any ideas where I would start and whether it could be done?

Thanks

Seth

Hi Seth Cleaver,

Lists module (public control is called Lists) has this functionality built in. All you have to do is select the "Anchor list" as the mode.

I hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
