No Paging in Generic Content Module's Document Manager

  • Introduction

    In Sitefinity releases prior to Sitefinity 3.6 SP1, there was no paging in the Document Manager for the Generic Content module. Although we do recommend upgrading to Sitefinity 3.6 SP1 to resolve this error, you can fix this problem by going into the template for the document selector and adjusting some properties.

    Instructions

    1. In your Sitefinity project, open this file :  ~\Sitefinity\UserControls\Dialogs\ItemDialog.aspx
    2. Change the ItemSelector attributes to look like this:

    <lib:ItemSelector runat="server" ShowMode="All"
    AllowPageSelection="false" ItemsPerPage="20"/>
