New Feature: Audience Segmentation by Custom Contact Fields
The flexible Contact Profiles of Sitefinity Insight allow you to import any contact data in the 360 degrees profile, in order to consolidate it in one place. With this new enhancement, you can define your main contact properties based on the raw data by priority, so that you can search, filter and segment contacts in your conversion tracking reports based on these properties.
New Feature: Personalize Anything
Sitefinity Insight capabilities are really powerful when utilized for Customer Journey Personalization, but only Sitefinity CMS Personalization module can be used to fully benefit from those capabilities. Now we have introduced the new Authorized Applications logic under the Administration tab, allowing other systems and applications to use the Personalization capabilities of Sitefinity Insight based on Persona, Lead Scoring or Predictive Campaigns. You are now able to configure and personalize mobile apps, custom web applications, custom widgets or even web sites running third-party WCM systems.

The Connector for Salesforce is now out of Beta and officially available as a system add-on. Any contact data or contact interactions from Salesforce can easily be imported in Sitefinity Insight.
