Email campaign bouncebacks

    I've got pop server setup for bouncebacks, and it appears to be good as Sitefinity passes the test for it, and also emails are arriving into the pop mail inbox indicating a bounce back. But after some waiting, the only stats I can get are all successful delivery. No indications of a bounceback.

    Hi Charles,

    Actually, the statistics for bouncebacks should be automatically updated five minutes after the bound back. It's really unusual that this doesn't happen on your side. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket, where we'll continue the investigation.

    i am having this exact issue, did we get this resolved as i cant see my bounces either
