Following the thread "Change App_Data location" , was moved App_Data folder from the shared folder of the application \\shared\fs\ApplicationContent\PRE\Application\version_1.xx\Sitefinity\App_Data
The permission of the new folder was copied from the previous and was renamed the previous folder.
in the site was created the virtual directory with the correct name (App_Data).
ones the change was made the application run correctly but some resources was not found (with the exception attached) and i can't make upload of new images using the libraries manager.

The error in the upload is:

The type initializer for 'Telerik.Sitefinity.Modules.Libraries.LibrariesManager' threw an exception.

PD: See the attachment for the error of the resources

    Hi Omar,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If the App_Data folder name is changed the site may not function properly due to many references and properties which link to the original name so it is best to leave the name as it is.

The ' Access denied ' error is a general ASP.NET error which means that the account that runs ASP.NET worker process (generally NETWORK SERVICE ) should have Read/Write permissions over App_Data.

In your case it might not have the permissions to Sitefinity\Temp\Libraries In other words, the permissions inheritance might not be set, and you may try to give permissions over the entire directory tree under the App_Data, not just on App_data.
