    To whom it may concern,

I have two IIS servers hosting sitefinity which share the same database. How long will it take to wait for the two servers to have the same contents and settings if I commit changes in one of them? What is the synchronization process behind?

As long as both sites are added to the same load balancing network following this tutorial, each site will be notified immediately, if a change has been made on the other site.

However, this scenario will probably work fine (you can also refer to this post), we strongly recommend you to use our "Multisite Management" feature, for a multisite environment.
