I am unable to determine the cause for the error just from the error logs. Would it be possible to open a support ticket and send us the database and project to debug locally, please?

    Thank you in advance.

Samir, are you trying to do this in IE?
Not sure, but the folks @eVeliko reported issues when trying to add / update dynamic content items  with IE, while it was working like a charm with Chrome.
The stack trace (UpgradeBackendTemplatesRemoveIE8Compatibility) also seem to suggest some sort of IE incompatibility.
Just a wild guess but if you're using IE, can you try to do the same thing with other browser?
