    I have a url rewrite rule that I can't get to work

    <url>/ba/([-a-zA-Z0-9]+)/([-a-zA-Z0-9]+)/(.+)</url> <!--  -->
    <rewrite>/businessarea/$1/category?SharePointList=Categories&Name=2&ParentName=2&NestLevel=1&Identifier=/$2</rewrite>

    As soon as a & is written in "rewrite" tag I get a 500 server error when parsing whe webconfig.
    I tried to replace the & with &amp; tag and then it compiles but my page will not be found.
    I tried figure out if the &amp; works and the querystring will be in the ok syntax or not
