How do I go about turning on gzip\deflate compression on my site?

    It's IIS 7.5 on Server 2k8

With the default web.config in IIS the dynamic compression checkbox is checked...but disabled.  I can only seem to toggle static compression, and fiddler shows everything coming down as unzipped.

    Any idea?

    Figured it out

If it helps anyone else out the dynamic compression module wasn't enabled on the server
