We already have a regular license with a site already setup.  When we need to implement multisite do we create a new binding in iis under the same site or do I create an entire new site?  Or is it something entirely different?  Thanks for the reply.

    Hi,

You need to add a new binding for your site in IIS. More information could be found in our Sitefinity documentation. After that when a new site is created you need to specify its domain. Please refer to this article.
