Hi. I'm working with Sitefinity 3.7

I'm having an issue where a client with a Contributor profile is unable to upload and add images to an editable block of content. He's getting an "access to the path D:\\Images\temp.gif is denied" error.

It's weird - I can upload and publish photos when I'm logged in as Admin, but even if I give him all the same permissions, he continues to get the error.

How might I solve this issue?

    Hello JP,

Could you give the Worker Process account full rights over your Images folder. This is a server side folder and permissions over it are not controlled by Sitefinity's role management. Check whether you have some rules inside <authorization> tag of the web.config that prevents certain users for accessing "Images" folder.

    Kind regards,
    Ivan Dimitrov
