    My website navigation is laid out as seen in the screenshot attached.

    I cannot find in any of the relevant controls where to get rid of this errant line in between the listed categories/blog post titles.  Any help?

    Hello Kevin,

    This line is added by a custom stylesheet that you have added to the control or inside your master page. You can observe the classes that apply to the control by FireBug. By default we do not add such lines to the control.
