I've added custom heading styles to the radeditor paragraph style dropdown, and the styles display correctly in the content area, but I can't seem to find a way to make them display correctly in the dropdown itself.  I also have an apply class dropdown, which displays all of my styles correctly.  Is there some extra step that I need to take to get the paragraph style box to display the styles?

Also, I have a base css file that contains the styles that I want to show in the dropdown boxes, but it also has the following:

This causes the radeditor content area to also have a black background, which I don't want.  Is there a way to override that for the radeditor? Or do I need to just make a seperate css file that contains only the styles i want to show in the dropdown boxes?

Some of these links are broken.  Those that work show how to put styles into the content area of the editor, but these styles to not appear in the Styles dropdown box.

I have this in my HtmlFieldTemplate.ascx:
    <telerik:EditorParagraph Title="<h1 class='green-header'>Page Title</h1>" Tag="<h1 class='green-header'>" />
    <telerik:EditorParagraph Title="<h2>Large headline</h2>" Tag="<H2>" />
    <telerik:EditorParagraph Title="<h2 class='green-header'>Large headline (green)</h2>" Tag="<H2 class='green-header'>" />
    <telerik:EditorParagraph Title="<h3>Heading 3</h3>" Tag="<H3>" />

And the styles appear in the dropdown, but they are unstyled.  The CSS classes do not have a style because there's no stylesheet in the dropdown itself.  Once dropped into the content editor, the right styles are visible, but how can you make the styles visible in the dropdown box?

EDIT: I'm working on Sitefinity 4.3
