Sitefinity is not allowing me to include the script tag inside the generic content.
Its deleting the script tags i want to inclide script tags to load some script i dont need it on every page so i cant add it to my masterpage or template.
So is there a way to allow the script tags and scripts to be included in the generic content.

You need to add this properties: ContentFilters="None" and AllowScripts="true" for the RadEditor control. If you want to insert scripts in Generic Content module, the RadEditor control could be found in the template ControlPanelInsert.ascx located in ~\Sitefinity\Admin\ControlTemplates\Generic_Content. So it should look like this:

You can refer to the RadEditor documentation for more information.
    Hope this helps.
